Hey y'all—

Hope everyone's been having a great summer! I'm popping on here to tell you about a little project we've got in the works—and how you can be part of it.

When I qualified for the World Road Running Championships back in May, there was a ton of excitement. It was my big goal for the year. I get to represent the US. I get to race in Copenhagen. You get the point.

But in the back of my mind, I was a little nervous about how it might all play out. My wife is due with our third child about seven weeks before the race. And if my first two kids taught me anything, those seven weeks won't exactly be ideal for training.

When I talked it through with the people closest to me, they all said pretty much the same thing: it would be challenging, but worth it. That I could do it—be a good dad and a good athlete at the same time. I'm not sure they're right. But I figured either way, it would make a good story.

So that's exactly what we decided to do: tell the story.

Due Dates Teaser

"Due Dates" is a mini-documentary we're building all summer long — from the moment qualifying became real, through the newborn nights and one of the biggest training block of my career, all the way to the start line in Copenhagen. The full film (30min +) drops after Worlds, October 2026.

I'll be posting from inside the build (like this episode) — workouts, home life, the honest stuff. The sleep deprivation. The juggling. Why I'm still chasing this while our family grows.
